Papillon Kitchen
Head Chef Tom Hempstead has created an exciting menu filled with delectable French and Mediterranean dishes, drawing on his extensive experience working in some of Europe's finest kitchens.
Tom joined Papillon from sister restaurant 1 Lombard street in the heart of the City of London, where he oversaw the fine dining restaurant considered to be amongst the best in London.
After two years spent as the head chef in two of the finest resorts in the French alps, Tom returned to the UK and took up the position of Sous Chef at La Galleria before moving to 1 Lombard Street.
Tom has brought his passion for seasonal ingredients to Papillon to create a menu of classic brasserie cuisine.
